Kickboxing is a great way to get into great shape, develop confidence, increase focus and increase flexibility. JKS has some of the best most technical and caring coaches in Quebec and has one of the largest and most successful teams in Quebec. We also put on shows on a regular basis as well as compete throughout Quebec and Ontario.

*All Yearly memberships may be cancelled at anytime. If cancelled, members will be charged the monthly rate for the months they did until the yearly rate is paid. Example: If member does 3 months with the yearly membership they will be charge for the 3 months and the equipment they got with the yearly membership ( if this applies).The rest will be refunded. Example 2 : If the member does more than 7 for the majority of the membership the monthly amount for the 7 months comes to more than the yearly membership therefor there is no refund.
